General Notary Services

Our mobile notaries are friendly, certified, experienced, and reliable. We are also E&O Insured.

Mobile Fee

$20

Travel Fee, up to 10 miles... $1 per mile after 10 miles

Standard

Taking acknowledgments of proofs of the first signature... for each additional signature $1

After Hours

Up until 7pm M-F ----- Sat & Sun until 2pm

Escrow and Real Estate Closing Charges

The table below lists the notaries act and the state fee.

Single Loan Signing

$150

(15 of miles included) ...Milage fee per mile, after the first 15 miles.

Additional related loan closing

$35

(Piggyback loan closing)

Printing

$30

Electronic documents, up to 200 pages. Printing additional pages, per page $0.25

Travel and non-closing fee

$50

This fee is due if the notary travels to location and borrow refuses to sign. 

Cancelation fee

Applies with one hour or less notice. 

Apostille

First document. Each additional document $40
